We’ve made it halfway through this cold, rainy week. I’m really looking forward to sunshine & higher temperatures on Friday. With everything going on & the need for social distancing, I wanted to share everything you need to workout at home! If you aren’t sure where to start, you are in the right place. Tristan & I have been working out at home for a few weeks now. We already owned kettle bells, jump ropes, resistance ropes & bands, & a foam roller but we quickly realized that we would need a few more things to complete our home gym. We found these over-sized workout mats on Amazon (I LOVE the size so much), along with a small bench, & a few sets of dumbbells. Now we have everything we need to workout at home. It feels so good to get in a quick workout (even 20 or 30 minutes) every day during this time.
