I shared my video on How to Make the Perfect Homemade Acai Bowl on IGTV a few months back but wanted to share it here as well. If you are anything like me then you LOVE a good acai bowl. They have been one of my favorite things to have for breakfast (or sometimes lunch!) since living in Los Angeles a few years ago. I had so many go to juice bars there & when I moved back to NC, I missed them SO much! I decided to start making my own acai bowls at home so that I could have them any time I wanted. It’s all about getting the perfect creamy & sweet, but not too sweet, blend. And then TOPPINGS! I love to pile on the toppings. This recipe is quick & easy, & perfect for summer mornings!

The Perfect Homemade Acai Bowl
For the blend:
- 2 packets Sambazon açai
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings:
- fresh blueberries
- fresh strawberries
- almond slivers
- vanilla almond granola
- ground flaxseeds
- dark chocolate chips
