1. Good Life Project
The Good Life Project is a weekly podcast sharing inspirational conversations. They are meant to help you live a more meaningful, purposeful, and connected life. On this podcast, Gretchen Rubin and her sister are sharing good habits, as well as ways to bring more positivity and happiness into your life. 4. Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations
Probably my favorite podcast ever. On SuperSoul, Oprah interviews health and wellness experts, best-selling authors, and spiritual leaders. They answer some of life’s biggest questions, awaken, and connect you to the deeper meaning of the world around you. My favorite episodes include Caroline Myss: Discovering Your Life’s Purpose, Mariel Hemingway and Bobby Williams: Finding Soul Connections, and Cheryl Strayed: Brave Enough.
